Declan is a brave little 4 year old warrior battling stage 4 cancer. This rare form of cancer affects roughly 1 in 250 kids and has approximately a 7% survival rate. We are making these Viking Warrior bracelets to support Declan and the many supporters he has in the community. His family offered to purchase these at full price and it didn’t feel right to add another bill to an already burdened family.
We decided to make these warrior bands at our cost and our hope is the community can rally once more in support of Declan. We are allowing community members to donate any amount from $1- a full bracelet, to help lessen the financial burden. Our hope is that through community support we can fully cover the cost of these bracelets and if we raise more than the required amount we will figure out how we can donate any overage to Declan’s cause. We have 100 Bracelets to make for Declan and his family to give to his generous supporters and community members that have supported him along his journey through charity events, outings and adventures and just time having fun to keep his spirits up.
HOW IT WORKS:
You donate any dollar amount from this page starting $1 up to the full price of a bracelet and it goes directly to cover the costs of these bracelets. If we raise more than the intended amount we then find the best way to donate any overage to Declan’s cause. That’s it!
