Hand forged out of 5160 High carbon chromium steel. This is full tang tactical style wide bodied knife with gut hook. The butt spike is hardened for utility purposes and completed with a lanyard hole. The handle is burnished stag horn with hand cast pewter rivet pins. The guard is cast pewter (cast directly on the knife) RC: 56 Though it is a stout blade and nearly 1/4" thick it is well balanced at the guard making for good return in chopping / fighting scenario. Blade is approximately 7.5" long 2.5" wide. Differentially heat treated.
